Unusual honeycomb-shaped flowers emerge on short stems and fill the pot with reddish-yellow blooms from mid-summer to fall. The lance-shaped foliage grows 3-4’ tall in containers and protects the blooms. Gently squeeze the honeycomb flower and ginger-scented liquid comes out of the cone. A must-have for any plant collector.

Nancy Revelle Tall, healthy and full of vigor. This “baby” is on my front porch and loving it there. Will bring it in come cold winter or frost.

Kathy Sturr As per usual, Logees delivered a beautiful, lush, thriving plant carefully packaged with little or no damage. This ginger was surprisingly tall! As I let it rest in my back screen porch close to where I was going to plant it in my garden, two gorgeous leaves actually unfurled. When I went to plant it in my garden, I discovered a very healthy root base despite the 4" pot size. It is now happily growing along with my ferns in my tropical paradise without any signs of transplant shock. I look forward to these amazing blooms and watching this plant grow to its full potential. Thank you again Logees.
